A: Unfortunately, this smart plug does not support 5.0 Ghz Wi-Fi networks. Be sure to connect to a 2.4 Ghz network to avoid errors.

A: Yes, you can plug a power strip into a BN-Link Smart Plug and turn it on/off via the Century Smart app, Smart Life app or voice command with Amazon Echo/Google Assistant. The total draw and wattage of devices plugged into the power strip should be within the rated amperage and wattage of the Smart Plug.
